 1953, John F. Kennedy married Jacqueline Bouvier. They were together for 10 years, until his assassination on November 22nd, 1963.

1966, “The Monkees” TV show premiered on NBC. Did you know… Steven Stills, of Crosby, Stills, & Nash fame, auditioned for The Monkees and was told by the casting directors they were looking for somebody just like him, but with better teeth and hair.  That spot went to Peter Tork.

1970, the classic cartoon “Josie and the Pussycats” debuted on CBS.
