What do women want at work? With International Women’s Day coming up on Friday, Shannon Edlinger with Robert Half staffing firm looked into that question.

What Robert Half’s research found was that actually fewer women feel they have ample career opportunities in comparison to men,” Edlinger said. “And really, the main reason is flexibility in their current jobs and compensation.”

Edlinger says just 33% of women plan to look for a new job in the first half of this year. That’s because they say they have a level of flexibility at their job they don’t want to lose.
