Lovers of beer will have something special to do this weekend in Benton Township. Saturday brings the 8th annual Art of Beer Festival at the Mendel Center at Lake Michigan College. Center Director Mike Nadolski tells WSJM News a variety of beers will be available to sample.
“We have 22 brewers coming,” Nadolski said. “They’re all from Michigan. Amazing Michigan beers. A whole bunch of different IPAs and raspberry wheat beers. “
Nadolski says the Art of Beer Fest this year will also feature live music and plenty of food from local restaurants. You can get tickets at TheMendelCenter.com or at the box office. The festival is Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m.
