2025 was a record year of winnings for lottery players in Michigan.
The Michigan Lottery says in 2025, 51 Michiganders became millionaires playing lotto games.
The largest prize won this year was a more than $32 million Lotto 47 jackpot that was won on December 13, with the winning ticket sold at a Wild Bill’s tobacco location in Chesterfield, near Detroit. That prize, though, is yet to be claimed.
In addition to the 51 players who won $1 million or more, 220 Michiganders won prizes of at least $100,000 in 2025.
In all, Michigan Lottery players won $93 million this year.
