Barbie was tops for adults, according to Google Trends expert Jennifer Jones.
What about for the kids?
“Barbie is very popular for children, but beating out Barbie is actually Wednesday Adams, which is of course a popular television show over the last year,” Jones said. “Wednesday beats out Barbie by just a hair, and then of course we have Spiderman and your traditional witch.”
Jones says many dogs dressed up as Ken this year. Other popular dog costumes were spider, cow, and Scooby Doo.
