An Indiana man has been killed in a motorcycle crash this morning in Weesaw Township. The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to the crash just before 12:30 am on West Elm Valley Road near Mill Road. The bike and 47-year-old Jamie Brown of Granger were found in the ditch. He was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies say speed and alcohol are both believed to have been factors in the crash, which remains under investigation. Three Oaks Police Department, Michigan State Police, Weesaw Township Fire Department and Medic 1 Ambulance all assisted in the response.
