Cass County voters in six communities will have their say during the special election next Tuesday, May 2.

There are school operating millage renewals on the ballot for residents in the Cassopolis, Dowagiac Union and Edwardsburg school districts. All three renewals are non-homestead millage renewals, which represents industrial, commercial and some agricultural property, as well as second homes. Primary family homes will not be effected.
