A fire is under investigation in Benton Township. Berrien County dispatchers say it was called in just before 5:30 this morning at the Quik Way Party Store at 105 South Fair Avenue. The business was closed at the time. Officials blocked off Fair Avenue as they battled the flames. It is not known if anyone was hurt.
