What are you worried about on the job front this year? Robert Half’s Shannon Edlinger says they surveyed 25-hundred workers nationwide.
“Top concerns are number one, the economy,” Edlinger said. “More professionals are concerned about rising prices, interest rates, and wide economic changes. They’re more worried about those aspects than finding a new job or job security at the moment.”
Edlinger says they says 46% fear COVID-19 transmission from in-person work requirements and many say they want work flexibility, meaning the ability to work where and when they want. Nearly 75% also want to be paid more this year.
