An open house for the whole family is planned for next week at the Paw Paw post of Michigan State Police. The MSP says there will be activities for the kids, including a Truck or Treat, and costumes are encouraged. The post will also show off its specialty teams and the latest technology used in the performance of their duties. Those interested in a career with state police will have an opportunity to speak directly with a recruiter, and the post will offer car seat checks and a chance for qualifying families to get a free seat. The open house will be at the Michigan State Police post on 60th Avenue in Paw Paw next Friday, October 28 from 3 to 6 p.m. Everyone’s welcome.
