Congresswoman Jackie Walorski, the U.S. representative for Indiana’s 2nd congressional district, is dead after a traffic crash in Elkhart County Wednesday. She was killed along with three others in the crash at SR 19 and SR 119 near Nappanee. Walorski was in an SUV with Zachery Potts and Emma Thompson when it was in a crash at an intersection. All three in the SUV were killed, along with the other driver, identified as Edith Schmucker of Nappanee. Walorski, of South Bend, represented Indiana’s 2nd District since 2012.
