Term Limits On November Ballot

Shorter term limits and establishing financial disclosure requirements for state elected officials will be on the November ballot. Two-thirds of the Michigan House and Senate approved putting both before voters. For term limits, lawmakers would go from 14 to 12 years but could spend their entire time in either the House or Senate.
