Police have made an arrest in the murder of 30-year-old Roxanne Wood back in February 1987. She was found dead in her home south of Niles by her husband, Terry, after they had been bowling and at a bar. She had left about 45 minutes before him. He found her with her throat slit on the kitchen floor. Police had considered him a person of interest, but note he was not the person who was arrested in South Bend, Indiana. Terry Wood still lives in the Niles area.
