New technology is being added at Four Winds Casinos to check guests for weapons as they enter. The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi says its casinos have always had a strict no weapons policy, and the new technology will help to make guests safer. The Pokagons are teaming up with Evolv Technology for touchless weapons detection screening. Evolv’s artificial intelligence-based system, Evolv Express, is like an advanced metal detector. The first of the new screening systems is currently in place at each guest entrance of Four Winds Casino South Bend. Guests will not have to stop, empty their pockets, or have their bags checked unless told to by security
