Michigan State Police are investigating a crash between a pickup and a parked semi on westbound I-94 near mile marker 56 that killed one. Troopers say an 81-year-old Milwaukee man was killed when his pickup went off the highway and rear-ended the semi. The 21-year-old semi driver was not hurt and had pulled over to look at a possible mechanical issue Tuesday night. The pickup driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened just before 10 p.m. Tuesday and closed I-94 for about two and a half hours from the Decatur exit to Paw Paw.
