A Benton Harbor man is in the Berrien County Jail for a deadly hit-and-run Monday night at Briarwood Apartments in Benton Township. Anthony Wilson left the scene after hitting and killing 35-year-old Thomas Hoiles, who was on a motorcycle. Wilson turned in front of him and then left. He’s been arraigned on several charges, including operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing death, leaving the scene of an injury accident and drug charges. The investigation is still ongoing.
