A Hartford man is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a preschooler in Portage. The parents actually saw it take place in a livestream from Gilden Woods Early Care and Preschool. They called the school, and the school called police. The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department arrested 19-year-old Aaron Bryant on October 29. Gilden Woods Early Care and Preschool fired Bryant prior to his arrest. They and police are trying to determine if he assaulted anyone else in the year he worked there.
