State Reports More Than 2,000 Cases Of COVID-19 For Thursday

Michigan is reporting more than 2,000 additional cases of COVID-19 around the state for Thursday. The daily number of new positive tests has been rising all week with Thursday’s number at 2,030. The state also reported 32 additional deaths from coronavirus for Thursday. 21 of them were identified through a review of vital records. Since the start of the pandemic, Michigan has had a total of 141,091 cases of COVID-19 and 6,973 deaths. Berrien County for Thursday was at a total of 2,002 cumulative cases and 76 deaths. Cass County was at 690 cases and 23 deaths. Van Buren County has had a total of 811 cases and 16 deaths.
