The cause of a Geneva Township fire that badly damaged a home is not yet known. South Haven Area Emergency Services was called to the scene on County Road 681 just after 10 this morning and needed the help of Bangor Community Fire Department and Columbia Township Fire Department. The residents of the two-story home were not home, and no one was hurt. Firefighters had to shuttle in water to fight the flames as it was fully engulfed when they arrived.
