Dozens of bicyclists will be riding across the state tomorrow in the Great Lake to Lake Trails Route Number One Inaugural Ride. Bob Wilson is the director of the Michigan Trails and Greenways Alliance and says they’ll start in South Haven and ride 275 miles over the course of a week.
“The work their way across the state, staying in different cities: Jackson, Marshall, Pontiac, Green Oak Township, and then they end up in Port Huron six days later,” says Wilson.
Wilson says the route is connected by 16 individual trails.
