The city of Benton Harbor is asking residents to stay off the roads and to keep their vehicles parked off the streets. The city declared a snow emergency starting at noon Monday. It says vehicles parked in the street should be moved so the snow removal crews can clear everything in a safe manner. The city notes if vehicles are impeding the flow of traffic or snow removal, they can be towed at the owner’s expense. The city thanks everyone for their patience.
