St. Joseph Vehicle Break-Ins Under Investigation

A rash of vehicle break-ins and thefts has been reported in St. Joseph. The St. Joseph Department of Public Safety tells us they happened sometime between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday. Police remind everyone to always lock their vehicle doors. You’re advised to park in well-lit areas, roll up the windows, and to cover up or remove valuables from your vehicle. The most commonly-stolen items from cars are money, GPS devices, packages, and purses. The St. Joseph vehicle break-ins are under investigation by the St. Joseph Department of Public Safety, Michigan State Police, and the St. Joseph Township Police Department.
