An armed robbery suspect is in police custody thanks to a very determined gas station manager in Allegan County. The Allegan County Sheriff’s Department tells us the suspect walked into the Clark station in Martin around 8:40 p.m. Monday and held the clerk and manager at gunpoint during the robbery. When the suspect left in a vehicle, the gas station manager followed. The manager was able to stay on the robber’s trail until police got that person into custody. The suspect is being held on several felony warrants, and that person’s name has not yet been released.
