Dozens of St. Joseph storefronts are getting ready to come alive next weekend.

The annual March Mannequins event returns to downtown St. Joseph Friday, March 10 with the theme of “Board Games.” There will be 34 different participants around town, including every business inside The Market.

St. Joseph Today Events & Operations Manager Daniele Crevier said each store in The Market will be a different room on the Clue board game, and she expects a fun evening for all visitors.

“There will be a lot of the classics like Monopoly, Clue and Candyland,” Crevier said. “The most unique one is probably Wingspan … which is a really beautiful game.”

Community members, families of store owners and other volunteers will be posing in the store windows from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, and visitors will be able to vote for their favorite through Sunday night at the St. Joe Today website. The top three winners will be announced on the St. Joe Today Facebook page on Monday, March 13.
