Michigan Works is planning to hold a series of workshops next month to help those who are looking for a new job. Whether you’ve been out of the workforce, you’re switching careers, or you’re looking for a part time job, Michigan Works says the sessions could help you brush up your job hunting skills. The workshops will be each Monday and Tuesday throughout February. Monday’s schedule will be Resume Development, from 1 to 2 p.m., and Career Exploration from 2:30 to 3:30. Tuesday’s sessions will be Interview Skills, from 1 to 2, and Job Readiness from 2:30 to 3:30. Those who want to register to attend can do so at MiWorks.org/Events. Walk-ins will also be welcome.
