St. Joseph Today is inviting everyone to vote for their favorite entries in this year’s KitchenAid Stand Mixers on Parade. As the 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship draws near, the parade is one way attention is being drawn to the event. St. Joseph Today’s Amy Zapal tells WSJM News more than 30 downtown businesses have been given Kitchenaid stand mixers to be decorated and put on display through May 29.
“There’s everything that you can imagine,” Zapal said. “They’re colorful, some of them paint the mixers, some of them use it as a vase, some of them decorate a scene that includes the mixer. Every year, I’m so surprised that they get so creative.”
Zapal says the public can vote on their favorites at StJoeToday.com/vote. The winners will get all kinds of prizes. The businesses get to keep the mixers and could give away or raffle them off. We have a list of the participating businesses at our website.
