Honor Credit Union is planning to hold a series of events for the community to shred documents. It’s teaming up with Data Guardian for the 2022 Free Community Shred Days. Honor says they’re the perfect opportunity to safely dispose of all sensitive documents, like tax forms or any document with your social security number. It’s partnering with business members to co-host the 2022 shred events at the business locations, except for Decatur and South Haven, which will be held at the member centers. The Shred Days this year will be drive through. Those who attend are asked to drive up alongside the designated area, and a team member will be ready to take documents straight to the shred truck on site. Everyone’s asked to limit themselves to ten boxes or bags per business or household. The events are being held starting April 9 and going through August in Allegan, Buchanan, Benton Harbor, Hartford, and more communities. We have the schedule below:
