A 71-year-old Battle Creek man has died after a hit-and-run on eastbound Interstate 94 near Galesburg. Michigan State Police were called to the scene around 8 p.m. and closed the eastbound lanes for about two-and-a-half hours. The man was outside of his truck, which he had pulled over due to unknown issues, when his vehicle was side-swiped by another vehicle. Police have no information about the other car.
