Michigan’s new MI Shot To Win Sweepstakes is getting a strong response. Just a day after the vaccination sweepstakes was announced, the governor’s office says more than 464,000 Michiganders had already signed up. With the sweepstakes, those who have already gotten vaccinated can sign up, and those who get vaccinated can sign up to win cash prizes and scholarships of $50,000. There will be a $2 million drawing and a $1 million drawing for all who have been vaccinated through the end of July, and daily $50,000 drawings for those who get vaccinated on that corresponding day throughout the month. In addition to the nearly 500,000 who have signed up for the biggest prizes, just under 24,000 young Michiganders have signed up for the scholarship drawing.
