The body of a man who drowned in Lake Michigan after being washed off the south pier in St. Joseph last month has been found. 27-year-old Dakota Yergeau of St. Joseph was washed off the pier while walking with another man on March 28. The Michigan State Police Dive Team recovered Yergeau’s body near the south pier on Wednesday. The St. Joseph Department of Public Safety says it offers his family its deepest condolences.
