More than two weeks after a deadly shooting at University Park Mall in Mishawaka, the suspect is now behind bars. 21-year-old Dazhon Howard turned himself in over the weekend. He is scheduled to be arraigned at 1 p.m. today. Howard faces charges of murder with a felony firearm for the death of Delaney Crosby. Crosby was shot outside a jewelry store on September 12.
