The Michigan High School Athletic Association is allowing high school football this fall. The season has been reinstated as of Thursday after Governor Whitmer lifted restrictions that had prevented games from being played. She is still recommending against playing. The MHSAA says boys soccer and girls swimming and diving and volleyball can also resume next week.
