Michigan is reporting 517 additional cases of COVID-19 for Wednesday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services says there have been a total of 89,271 cases of the illness in the state since the start of the pandemic. The state reports nine additional deaths for Wednesday, bringing that total to 6,273. For the day, Berrien County reported five additional cases for a total of 1,208 and 67 deaths. Cass County reported five additional cases of COVID for Wednesday, making for a total of 316 cases and 13 deaths. Van Buren County reported three additional cases for Wednesday for a total of 419 cases and nine deaths.
