Michigan is reporting 584 additional cases of COVID-19 for Tuesday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services says the state has had 70,306 cases of the illness since the start of the pandemic. It reported six additional deaths for Tuesday, bringing that total to 6,081. Berrien County had six new cases of COVID-19 to report for the day, making the total 859. Berrien County also recorded its 61st death from COVID on Tuesday. Cass County had five new cases for Tuesday, making its total 180 with six deaths. Van Buren County had six new cases for the day, making the county’s total 248 with eight deaths.
