Michigan is reporting 384 additional cases of COVID-19 for Monday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services says the state has had 69,722 cases of the illness since the start of the pandemic. It reported seven additional deaths for Monday, bringing that total to 6,075. As of Friday, the state said there have been nearly 54,000 recoveries from COVID-19. Berrien County had 13 new cases of COVID-19 to report for the day, making the total 853 with 60 deaths since the start of the pandemic. Cass County had five new cases for Monday, making its total 175 with six deaths. Van Buren County had no new cases for the day, keeping the county’s total 242 with eight deaths.
