The water park at the state’s largest amusement park will be welcoming visitors back next week. Laure Bollenbach is the spokesperson for the WildWater Adventure water park, part of Michigan’s Adventure near Muskegon. She told Michigan News Network this week the park will reopen to season passholders on Thursday, July 16, and to the public on Friday, July 17.
“We hope that our guests will be very excited,” Bollenbach said. “Our season pass holders, their passes have been extended another year so they have this year and next year.”
Bollenbach says there are new safety precautions at the park. Visitors will have to pass a health screening 24 hours beforehand, and be scanned for their temperature at the entrance. Michigan’s Adventure, the 250 acre amusement park, itself will remain closed.
