COVID-19 Cases Up By 6 In Berrien County, 1,210 Statewide

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is reporting 1,210 new cases of COVID-19 for Saturday, bringing the state’s total to 23,993. It says there have been 111 additional deaths since Friday, making the state’s total 1,392. Meanwhile, Berrien County is reporting six new cases of COVID-19 for Saturday, bringing the county’s total to 94. The Berrien County Health Department says 44 have recovered. The county has had three deaths from the illness. Cass County is unchanged from Friday with 12 cases of COVID-19. Van Buren County is up to 21 cases from 20 on Friday. Cass and Van Buren counties have had one COVID-19 death each.
