A 66-year-old Benton Harbor woman is in critical condition at Spectrum Health Lakeland after being shot in her home in the 900 block of Pavone late Saturday night. Benton Harbor Public Safety says she was in bed watching TV when she was shot just after 11 p.m. Officers say she likely was not the target, and they found evidence of a shooting at Broadway Park, a short distance to the south. They’re reviewing home security camera footage from the area to try to identify the people who were seen running from the park at the same time of the shots being fired. No arrests have been made.
