There will be plenty happening this weekend in downtown St. Joseph. St. Joseph Today Event Manager Daniel Crevier tells WSJM News there will be a reason to head to the area for each of the three days this Labor Day weekend. Friday kicks everything off.

“We’ve got our last Friday night concert at 7:30,” Crevier said. “You can catch that at 7:30 at the John E.N. Howard Bandshell featuring Blue Shoe jazz this weekend. The concert is free, brought to you by the Boulevard Inn and Bistro.”

Then Saturday brings the Lake Bluff Artisan Faire with all kinds of goods from regional artists for sale. That’s not all.

“What’s really cool about Saturday is that the Tri State Regatta will actually be coming in late Friday amnd early Saturday morning so you get to see all of those sailboats coming into the yacht club.”

The Tri State Regatta sails away Sunday morning, when Antiques on the Bluff will take place. That event is set for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Crevier notes the last of the municipal band concerts will be this weekend. They’ll continue through Monday.
