A Benton Harbor man is hospitalized after a farm accident in Cass County Tuesday afternoon. The Cass County Sheriff’s Department tells us 66-year-old Willie Lewis was lying down in a field in the 2300 block of Lake Street in Howard Township when he was run over by one of the farm trucks. The driver of truck did not see Lewis, who had been taking a break. Lewis was taken to South Bend Memorial Hospital for injuries. Sheriff’s deputies were assisted at the scene by the Howard Township Fire Department and SMCAS Ambulance service.
