Duke 88, Notre Dame 70 – Bagley, No. 5 Duke rout Notre Dame 88-70 in ACC tourney
Marvin Bagley III had 33 points and 17 rebounds, Grayson Allen made his first five 3-pointers and No. 5 Duke rolled to an 88-70 victory over Notre Dame in the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament quarterfinals Thursday night.  Allen finished with 23 points and the second-seeded Blue Devils (26-6) advanced to play No. 3 seed Miami or 12th-ranked and sixth-seeded North Carolina in the second semifinal Friday night.  Duke, the defending champion after beating Notre Dame in the title game last year, earned its 100th ACC Tournament victory. Bonzie Colson had 18 points and nine rebounds for the 10th-seeded Fighting Irish (20-14), who were unable to score the marquee victory over a top team that might have been a huge boost to their NCAA Tournament resume. Injuries to Colson and senior guard Matt Farrell derailed Notre Dame in the middle of the season, and now the Irish have to hope the selection committee focuses on how good they can be when healthy.

Cody Eakin and Alex Tuch scored two goals apiece, Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 28 shots and the Vegas Golden Knights beat the Detroit Red Wings 4-0 on Thursday night.  The Pacific Division-leading Golden Knights had lost four of five, their worst stretch during their inaugural season since losing five of six early on. The victory at Little Caesars Arena was their 19th on the road, tying Anaheim’s 1993-94 team for the most by an expansion team.  Fleury got his third shutout of the season and the 47th of his career.  Vegas, coming off a 4-1 loss at Columbus, went ahead 2:24 into the game when Tuch scored. The Golden Knights turned the game into a rout in the second after Eakin scored short-handed midway through the period. Eakin and Tuch had goals 50 second apart. Jimmy Howard had 28 saves for the Red Wings, who have lost five straight games for the third time this season.

Hurricanes 3, Blackhawks 2 – Aho lifts Hurricanes over Blackhawks 3-2

NFL – NFL looking at questions asked to prospect at draft combine
The NFL is investigating whether questions asked to LSU running back Derrius Guice at the combine were inappropriate. Guice, projected as one of the top running backs in this draft, told Sirius XM Radio that one team asked if he was gay and another club asked if his mother “sells herself.” The NFL released a statement saying that sort of questioning is “completely inappropriate and wholly contrary to league workplace policies.”
