South Haven area tourism leaders are hoping to make the town a destination for more of the year than just the summer. That’s why they’re holding the Haven Harvest Festival next weekend. Scott Reinert with the South Haven and Van Buren County Convention and Visitors Bureau tells WSJM News it’s a festival set to run Friday through Sunday featuring all sorts of ways to have fun.
“One of our key priorities is to we have fun activities for folks to come into town in the non-peak time frames,” Reinert said. “It provides fun activities and events for the whole family.”
They’re showing public movies, offering haunted mazes, historic tours, and live music. The cider will be plentiful, as will the beer and wine, and they’re even holding a pet costume parade. Your best bet will be to check out SouthHaven.org. We have a link to the right here.
