The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who can offer information leading to the arrest of the suspect who shot and killed a Benton Harbor man over the weekend. Police say the body of 28-year-old Joshua Deairest Hutchinson was found in the snow in the 800 block of Superior Street on Sunday. He’d been shot multiple times.
