There’s a new development coming to Harbor Shores. Director of Real Estate Kerry Wright tells WSJM News they’re planning a new neighborhood. Work should begin in the next year on Harbor Village, which will be at the confluence of the St. Joe and Paw Paw Rivers. Wright says they’ve got big plans for the property next to the Inn at Harbor Shores.
“78 homes in the first phase, and what I’m most excited about is that we’re going to have a diverse offer of product out there, from town homes, row homes, to single family homes along the Paw Paw River,” Wright said.
Harbor Village will include waterfront views, trail access, marina access, and a walking bridge across the Paw Paw River to Benton Harbor’s Arts District. Wright tells us they’ll have some model homes up and open by next fall.
