Hi, I’m Dave, your AM host and proprietor of Dave’s Diner every Friday morning! My wife Debby and I have been married for over 37 years. We love listening to music live or recorded. We’re very proud of all our children, especially our son Jacob, an accomplished jazz musician (Baritone Sax) in New York City. We also like to travel, bike, hike, and spend time with our grandchildren, five of `em! I am on Facebook and love hearing from listeners.
My deep passion for music started as a teenager while playing bass guitar in garage bands in the San Francisco Bay area where I was born. My best friend is my wife, Janet, and our four-legged pals, Riley, Clara and Hobbes. When I’m not having fun playing the greatest hits of all time I enjoy reading historical biographies, Italian cooking, any hot rod or car show I can find, and throwing the ball for Hobbes, my golden retriever.

I LOVE to be outdoors. So, most mornings before I go to work, I take a bike ride. I also love a good cup of coffee and frankly, I’m a bit of a snob about it. Rock and Roll and R & B are passions of mine. I’ve been playing guitar since I was 11. Yikes! You’d think I’d be pretty good by now. (LOL) A good travelogue on TV will grab me more than most reality shows. I’m also a ‘car guy’. I prefer to drive a car with a manual transmission over an automatic. I know, I know. I’m planning to see someone about that.

For me it’s all about music, my greatest passion. I have collected music since I was 6 years old and studied it as well. I love to play the guitar, especially with other musicians. I have been married to my beautiful bride, Regina, for 29 years. When I'm not on the radio, I work with the Fire Department because I believe helping others is the most important thing I can do with my life. I also like to read books as often as I can get my hands on them.

I've been married to my beautiful wife, Lynn for 24 years and raised three children. My favorite hobby is fly-fishing; although I'm not that good at it. Just ask my sons who always out-fish me. My favorite movie of all time is “It’s A Wonderful Life.” My favorite TV Shows are "American Pickers," two guys looking for treasures across the country, anything on the history channel and AMC. I love 'looking back' instead of looking forward. Dream car: 1932 Ford model 'A'. Can I get a loan from you?
