By the time Scott Henderson was 11-years old; he knew he wanted to be on the radio; so it followed that his first job, just months after graduation, was in the mailroom of one of Detroit's three major AM-FM-TV companies owned by ABC. Within two years he was on the radio at another suburban Detroit radio station and he was on his way. During the following forty years, Scott's career took him to many towns and cities around the Midwest including legendary WIRL in Peoria, and KMBZ and KFKF in Kansas City. It was here where he honed his musician skills in a Kansas City-area Blues band in the 1980's. He later landed in Omaha at historic WOW radio, then "Family" became a priority when he steered his career to the family-friendly area in upper Michigan's vacation playground in the 1990's.
